We are a small shop with a crew that works hard to make sure our customers get the best products, at the best prices, with the best customer service possible. We only ship within the United States and its Territories. We ship all orders via UPS. Following are our shipping rates for standard shipping (UPS Ground) within the continental United States:

0 to 34.99 $5.95

35.00 to 50.00 $6.95

50.00 to 75.00 $8.95

75 and over FREE (UPS Ground)

Note: If a coupon code is used that brings the order total below $75, shipping will be charged at the rates noted above. Customers whose order total is just over $75 should consider whether they'd prefer to get free shipping or the discount provided by a discount code. If the order total falls below $75 after the code is applied, shipping charges will apply.

Priority and overnight shipping are calculated on checkout, as are rates to Hawaii, Alaska and the Territories of the US. You will be charged the UPS rate to your destination, without any additional charges added.

Orders placed with priority and overnight shipping that are received by 2PM Pacific time will go out the same business day. Orders received after 2PM Pacific will go out the following business day. Orders placed after 2PM on Friday, on Saturday, Sunday or a holiday will be shipped on the next business day. For example, if an order is placed on Saturday, it will go out on Monday (assuming Monday is not a holiday).

Shipping times are based on business days. Saturday, Sundays and holidays are not included in shipping day calculations. For example, if a two-day order is placed before 2PM on Friday, it will arrive at the destination on Tuesday (Friday is not included in the calculation). An overnight order placed before 2PM on Friday will arrive on Monday.


Because Footy Pajamas is a mom-owned business, we only sell the best products we can find, and hope you'll agree. However, we know that sometimes something doesn't fit right or just doesn't work. We want to make sure you're happy and you'll come back.

If you're not happy with any product, feel free to return it within 30 days of your purchase. If the product is defective or was not what you were looking for, we are happy to issue a full refund. NO QUESTONS ASKED. We cannot accept returns because of sizing issues if the pajamas have been washed.

Mail it to us either by UPS or US Postal Service (insured). If we made a mistake with your order, we'll refund the postage.

Follow the instructions on the packing slip and use the address printed on your packing slip.

We'll process your return right away. Within 2-3 weeks your account will be credited, or a refund or exchange will be at your door.
